Valérie DALLAIRE

Ms. Dallaire joined our firm in 2017, initially as a legal assistant. In 2021 she became part of our business law team as a paralegal. In this capacity, she supports the attorneys on our business law team in their practice by carrying out various legal and administrative tasks, including the maintenance of company books and the incorporation and organization of business corporations. She also assists with the preparation and filing of required documents and annual reports with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec and Corporations Canada, in addition to helping attorneys draft transactional and corporate documents.
