You accept to be bound by these laws and to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec and, in particular, the competent courts of the judicial districts of Laval or Montreal with regards to the interpretation or the application of these terms and conditions.

II. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

LANE respects the privacy of the Site’s users’ personal information and undertakes to protect said information and to use it solely for the purposes for which it was recorded. The protection of personal information (hereinafter the “Policy”) is intended to inform you of our practices in matters of privacy.

Scope and application

  • any entity resulting from a merger or change in control of LANE, in whole or in part, provided that the parties enter into an agreement that this information will only be collected, used, and disclosed for the objectives of the commercial transaction; and
  • any other public authority, if the law requires it.

Third party information

Your friends’ email addresses and other personal information provided to send them a page from our Site, if any, are not collected or retained by LANE, unless these individuals have created their own profiles or have consented to receive communications from us.

Personal information concerning minors

The information on our Site is not intended for minors. LANE does not knowingly record any personal information concerning minors.
