On November 19, 2025, we are hosting, in collaboration with Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton, Paquette & Associés, Huissiers de justice, and Blanchard Lupien notaires, a continuing education day featuring five renowned experts in the fields of debt recovery, insolvency, and law.

Join us — in person or online — for a day combining learning, knowledge-sharing, and solidarity, all in support of the 24h Tremblant Foundation (Team Danyk34).

Speakers:

• Mtre Simon Beauchesne-Paquette, Lawyer, and Simon McLean, Bailiff – The Role of the Bailiff in Debt Collection

• Michel Thibault, Licensed Insolvency Trustee – The ABCs of Bankruptcy

• Mtre Sarah-Maude Le Corre, Notary – Insolvent Estates

• Mtre Bryan-Éric Lane, Lawyer – Hidden Defects and Bankruptcy

When: Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 8:45 a.m.

Where: Online via Zoom or in person at the Palace Convention Centre, 1717 Le Corbusier Blvd, Laval, QC H7S 2K7

Cost: $65 (in-person) | $45 (virtual)

This training qualifies for 5 hours of accredited continuing professional education recognized by both the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec.

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance, and training materials will be sent electronically prior to the event.
