Mtre Bryan-Eric Lane was guest speaker at the Faculté des Mordus event in Boucherville on January 18. The event was organized by the Mordus d’immobilier group, with over 350 attendees enjoying the full day of real estate presentations.
Mtre Lane’s talk focused on the important things a real estate investor should know about legal warranty of quality, as well as the exclusion of the legal warranty (sales without legal warranty).
