Participation in the Second Edition of BMO’s Real Estate Conference

We are very proud to be organizing the second edition of the Real Estate Conference, alongside Blanchard Lupien notaires L.L.P. This non-profit event for real estate brokers and lawyers constitutes a full day of conferences dealing mainly with real estate law, notarial law, business law, and real estate broker taxation and deontology.

This training event is recognized by the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) as continuing education units (CEUs). The conference will provide participating real estate agents with 6 CEUs. 

The conference will also provide participating lawyers with 6 hours of recognized continuing legal education for the purposes of the mandatory continuing education required by the Barreau du Québec.

The well-known businessman and entrepreneur Luc Poirier will hold a conference at the end of the day on his personal and professional experience.

The event will take place on October 16, 2019 at the Palace Convention Center in Laval.

The cost for registration is $70 plus taxes.

The registration cost includes the materials for all of the classes, snacks, lunch, and a copy of Luc Poirier’s biography entitled Voir grand: leçons de vie, d’affaires et de liberté.

The event is being organized in collaboration with BMO, our lead partner, and Chicago Title Insurance Company Canada, Amyot Gélinas L.L.P., an accounting firm, The Co-operators Insurance and Financial Services and the building inspection firm Inspecnor.
