On January 25th, Mtre Bryan-Eric Lane, in collaboration with Éditions Yvon Blais, hosted a webinar on prescription and bankruptcy in matters of latent defects.
This 90-minute webinar is recognized by the Quebec Bar for the purpose of its mandatory continuing education hours and can be streamed at any time.
