We are very pleased to announce a new partnership with Desjardins, which allows us to offer Desjardins Accord D payment solutions to our clients.

We are one of the only law firms in Quebec to offer Desjardins Accord D financing plans.

Now our clients can postpone the payment of their legal fees for up to 6 months, at no charge and 0% interest.

Our clients also have the option to pay their legal fees over 12 months in 12 equal installments, at no charge and 0% interest.

We also offer payment solutions that allow our customers to pay their legal fees in equal monthly installments over a period of up to 60 months.

Because we process every financing application directly at our offices — in person or via phone — you can get pre-approved financing for your upcoming legal fees within a few minutes. And your pre-approved amount will be held in reserve for your legal expenses.

The pre-approved financing amount for your legal fees will be based on an estimate of the fees and expenses for your file, which will be supplied to you by your lawyer when you apply for financing, and the amount payable to our firm will be deducted from your pre-authorized amount — only after you receive our invoice.

At LANE, we understand that legal expenses are usually unplanned, which is why we decided to offer Desjardins Accord D payment solutions to help our clients.

Our payment solutions make our legal services even more accessible, offering our clients the flexibility to incorporate this expense into their budget.

Our payment solutions cover all our legal services, whether you need representation for a civil, commercial or family case, or legal assistance for a business law matter, such as an incorporation application, a shareholder agreement or a commercial transaction.

For more information on our Desjardins Accord D payment solutions, please contact Sylvie Blouin at 450-696-1033, ext. 230.

*Please note that Desjardins Accord D payment solutions will be available until April 30, 2020.
