Yves Bastien has been practising law for over 35 years in the Laval region. He is an experienced and versatile litigator whose practice covers civil, municipal, and business law. Mtre Bastien has advanced expertise in real estate law, particularly in latent defect claims.

His expertise also includes injunctions, commercial leases, partnership agreements, contracts, civil liability, defamation, as well as tax and regulatory offences.

He frequently appears before all judicial courts, primarily representing clients in the business sector.

He leverages his professional experience as a litigator and his ability to negotiate various transactions.

Yves Bastien has served as a trainer for the Quebec Council for Human Resources in Tourism (CQRHT) and the Association Restauration Québec (ARQ).
