BIOGRAPHY

Member of the Barreau du Québec since 2010, Mtre Jessica Nadon began her legal practice with a renowned law firm in the North Shore of Montreal. After several years practicing in the areas of family and civil law, she took on the challenge of establishing her own practice, specializing in real estate litigation, actions for latent defects and construction defects, as well as civil liability.

In 2023, Mtre Nadon enthusiastically joined our firm. Driven by a passion for real estate disputes matters and actions related to latent defects, Mtre Nadon has gained substantial experience in these areas. Over the years, she has represented condominium associations, condo owners, individuals, and businesses.

Mtre Nadon has advocated for her clients against public bodies, including cities and municipalities, handling cases involving construction defects, right of way, servitudes and neighbourhood disputes. She has also been involved in cases related to defamation, bodily injury, unjust enrichment, and consumer protection law.

Representing the interests of individuals and businesses in various civil courts in Quebec, including the Court of Quebec, Superior Court, and Court of Appeal, Mtre Nadon is known for her client-centric approach and productiveness.
