Mtre Geneviève Moisan obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sherbrooke in April 2024. She completed her professional training at the Quebec Bar School in 2025 and carried out her articling within our firm after having worked with our team for more than three years as a law student.

BIOGRAPHY

Mtre Geneviève Moisan obtained a certificate from the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program as well as a college diploma in Natural Sciences in 2021. She then pursued her legal studies at the University of Sherbrooke, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws in 2024. She completed her professional training at the Quebec Bar School in 2025 and was sworn in the same year.

She joined our firm in 2022 as a law student and later completed her articling in 2025. Her strong interest for business law and real estate law, combined with her rigour and analytical mindset, make her a valuable asset to our team.

Versatile and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, Mtre Moisan stands out for her ability to build trust with clients and to work effectively within a team. She is involved in both transactional and litigation matters, where she leverages her skills in legal research, drafting legal documents and strategic analysis.

During her articling, Mtre Moisan actively contributed to several files in real estate law, construction law and business law, drafting various contracts and legal documents as well as participating in the analysis and management of cases. With a rigorous work method, she distinguishes herself by her ability to quickly grasp issues and suggest precise, tailored solutions to meet the needs and concerns of our clients.
