BIOGRAPHY

Mtre Théorêt has over 18 years of experience in private practice, primarily serving a business clientele. For nearly two decades, she managed her own practice on Montreal’s North Shore, where she advised and represented numerous businesses at various stages of their growth. Her approach is grounded in a thorough understanding of entrepreneurial realities and a commitment to delivering practical, effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.

Mtre Théorêt regularly acts as strategic counsel in connection with business acquisitions, real estate development projects and corporate restructurings. She also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including shareholders’ agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts and various commercial agreements.

She frequently advises entrepreneurs, real estate developers and construction industry businesses in complex matters involving contractual, commercial and real estate issues. Her experience enables her to provide effective guidance both in the prevention of disputes and in the management of contentious matters involving significant financial and operational stakes.

She has represented clients before various civil courts and tribunals in Québec, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
